ERIC S. BROBERG, DDS
Dr. Eric Broberg is a highly trained and community-rooted dentist dedicated to delivering advanced, patient-centered care. A native of Southwest Austin, Dr. Broberg brings both hometown warmth and nationally recognized expertise to his practice at Broberg Family Dental.
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Broberg completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2012. Since then, he has made ongoing education a cornerstone of his professional philosophy. He has completed extensive training through prestigious dental institutions such as the Dawson Academy, Spear Education, and the Arrowhead Dental Lab, accumulating over 100 hours in cosmetic dentistry, TMJ disorders, complex occlusion, and full-mouth restoration coursework.
Dr. Broberg is certified in oral sedation, laser dentistry, Invisalign, and Botox administration, and he pairs this advanced clinical training with state-of-the-art dental technology to elevate the patient experience. His use of CBCT (cone beam computed tomography) imaging allows for highly detailed, 3D scans that support more accurate diagnoses and safer, more predictable treatment planning—particularly for implants, gum disease, and full mouth rehabilitation. With the iTero scanner, patients enjoy a more comfortable, gag-free digital alternative to traditional impressions, resulting in faster turnaround times and more precise fittings for Invisalign and restorations.
To ensure optimal bite alignment and minimize long-term wear and discomfort, Dr. Broberg uses Tekscan bite analysis—a digital system that captures detailed data about the timing and force of a patient’s bite. This technology helps prevent issues like TMJ disorders and cracked teeth by identifying bite imbalances early. Additionally, the dental laser allows for minimally invasive procedures with less bleeding, reduced healing time, and often no need for sutures or drills—making dental care more comfortable and efficient for patients of all ages.
By integrating this technology into every aspect of care, Dr. Broberg delivers dentistry that is not only advanced and precise but also more comfortable, convenient, and patient-focused.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Capital Area Dental Society, and a local Seattle Study Club, keeping him closely connected to the evolving landscape of dental care. His practice has also been named a “Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite” for 7 consecutive years—a reflection of both his clinical skill and the trust he has built within the community.
Outside the office, Dr. Broberg is deeply involved in community outreach and service. He supports CPATH, a nonprofit serving individuals with cerebral palsy, and coordinates regular office-led initiatives such as food, pet supply, and school supply drives, along with environmental clean-up efforts. His office also sponsors various local organizations, such as youth sports and local schools.
A father of three, Dr. Broberg enjoys life outdoors with his family. You’ll often find him mountain biking, paddleboarding, gardening, or cheering on his beloved Texas Longhorns.
